You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree that your account is for your personal use only and will not be shared.
The Service may offer different subscription levels ("Trial", "Evaluator", "Premium").
The Service may allow you to create personal notes on specific questions ("questionNotes").
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
All materials within the Service, including software, text, graphics, and questions (excluding your personal "questionNotes"), are the property of Andres Pinta. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your personal educational purposes.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by German law, our liability is limited to cases of intent (Vorsatz) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit).
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Effective Date" and, if significant, through other means.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Heilbronn, Germany.
